Today we went to the track to do a speed workout. I detest workouts on the track. If we could do hurdles on the grass, I'd be a happy girl. Our warm up was two miles around the boring track and then a mile speed changes. Then we times our mile (7:15) our 800 (3:10) and two 400's (no clue). Three mile cool down with GRASS laps. I love those. I was really tired and sore and felt seriously sick. But RJ and I found a fire-breathing rhino in the sky. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RJ!!! |
