This week is the kick off of adding more miles in to a week time. So Today I had to go to the dentist for Root Canal: Part One, so I missed running with my team. So after texting my coach, I went to sugar house park on my own and ran around it two times, equaling four miles. One mile warm up, two mile speed changes, and one mile cool down. After I ran home, and since I ran there, that gives me another mile, equaling five miles. After I passed out on my couch for a very long time. |
