Personal:

I love running, but when I grow up I really want to write and be an english teacher. I also want to coach an xc team. I write a lot and actually like it. I adore Harry Potter and obsess over the book constantly. I do mean constantly. I also love to watch invader zim and play age of empires with my brother. I can recite the Pokemon theme song and hope to be able to recite the pokemon rap soon enough. Soooo YEAH!

So today was the worst run I have ever had. It makes me scared of going running again. I was doing fine when I started to go straight into not being able to see and my head was pounding like made. So I cut down a hill before highland, trying to see what was happening. When I got to the drinking fountain, my legs gave out and sent me sprawling. Soon I couldn't keep my eyes open because of the headache. I woke up again and saw some of my team on their cooldown. I tried to follow them but the same thing happened again. The next time I woke up I couldn't figure out where I was. It took me ten minutes to realize I was still at the park. I stumbled to highland and there my dad found me. I'm still shaking and I'm scared to go outside. Yikes

Hope you're feeling better! I hope my awesomely lame cookies helped! Were they too crunchy?

No, they were soft :) Thank you so much! That and RJ's Jamba Juice attack made my day a whole lot better!

In all my running, I've never blacked out or experienced vision distorting headaches. This sounds scary. What did your coach say? Have you seen a doctor?

It was mainly because of the heat and lack of water. And it could be an affect of exercise induced asthma. I just have to drink a lot and make sure it isn't too hot outside. And having a whole team yelling at you to drink more helps too :)

But I also have chronic headaches, so the heat made those act up and impair my vision.
